Cancellation policy: Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by January 26, 2010, and will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after January 26, 2010. Requests received will not be processed until after the close of the event. No refunds will be made for exhibit hall-only registrations. Cancellation requests should be faxed to 770.777.8700 or mailed to: Nielsen Registration Department, 1145 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 355, Alpharetta, GA 30003. An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty.

Non-Exhibiting Supplier policy: Non-exhibiting machinery/equipment manufacturers are not permitted in the exhibition hall without registration and purchase of a Full Conference Package. This policy has been implemented to uphold the integrity of the show and to prevent non-exhibiting suppliers from soliciting attendees without securing a booth. To provide due respect to our exhibitors and attendees, non-exhibiting suppliers soliciting on the show floor will be asked to leave.
