Ambassadors: The Official Wood Technology Housing Agent

With Ambassadors you will receive descriptions, photos and maps to help you choose the perfect hotel. An acknowledgement of your hotel reservation will be sent to you immediately via email upon completion of the online process or within 24 hours for reservations received via phone, fax or mail.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and require a first night's room and tax deposit guaranteed by check or credit card. All deposits are due when the initial reservation is made. All new reservations, changes, substitutions and cancellations must be made through Ambassadors. Please refer to your hotel confirmation for individual cancellation policies.

Event Restrictions
  • NO infants or children under the age of 16 will be permitted in to the Show.
  • NO rolling luggage, carts or package carriers allowed in the Exhibit Hall that do not meet airline carry-on requirements.
  • NO cameras or video recorders allowed in the Show.
  • NO message paging.
  • Non-Exhibiting Supplier Policy - Non-exhibiting suppliers are not permitted in the exhibition hall without registration and purchase of a Full Conference Package. This policy has been implemented to uphold the integrity of the show and to prevent non-exhibiting suppliers from soliciting attendees without securing a booth. To provide due respect to our exhibitors and attendees, non-exhibiting suppliers soliciting on the show floor will be asked to leave.
